Land and Airspace development opportunities are always of interest to our clients and contacts, as well as ourselves.

Due to the location and scale of our main clients, we can obtain an offer on most land opportunities that come in, whether it is 30 houses in the midlands, or 350 flats in zone 1.

As for ourselves, We are looking for:

  • Single or multiple houses to be redeveloped into flats
  • Unbroken blocks with planning gain
  • Freehold blocks with an opportunity under the new permitted development rights

We have access to our debt of up to £5m and have also recently allocated internal funds for development, so can look north of this sum as to purchase price should the need arise. Further, where the opportunity is on an unbroken block, we can obtain further debt/capital to the value of the units.
